STEFANIA YANACHKOV, J.D.
Stefania Yanachkov currently serves as Vice President of External Affairs at the Congressional Hispanic Caucus Institute (CHCI). As a member of CHCI’s Senior Leadership team, she is responsible for the development and execution of CHCI’s Congressional and Stakeholder Engagement Plan.

ATHANASIA (SIA) ANAGNOSTOU, M.B.A.
Sia Anagnostou is currently a Director of Pharma Business Development at Ginko Bioworks. She served as Head of Business/Corporate Development & co-founder at Primera Therapeutics, Regio Biosciences, and Mayflower BioVentures. Sia was a member of Hibiscus Biotechnology & Hibiscus Bioventures and was also the Senior Director of Corporate Development at Immunomic Therapeutics where she focused on business development, corporate development, technology in-licensing, communications, strategy & product management. Sia is a co-founder and current board member at Why We Vaccinate.

STEPHEN LUBER, M.D., F.A.S.C.
Dr. Stephen R. Luber, M.D. retired from the active practice of Clinical Pediatrics at the Rockwood Clinic in Spokane, Washington in January 2020. In addition to his clinical responsibilities, Luber had an active teaching role with the University of Washington Medical School as Associate Clinical Professor of Pediatrics and the Spokane Family Practice program as Assistant Professor.

JEREMY A. ABBATE
Jeremy A. Abbate is the Vice President and publisher of Scientific American and its extensions, including the biotechnology brand Worldview. He leads various innovative programs and collaborations in global health, sustainability, energy, security, and neuroscience. Abbate frequently participates in conferences, facilitating discussions on healthcare, science, technology, policy, and entrepreneurship. He's a published author, with works featured in notable publications, and has a keen interest in the convergence of science and the arts, being a trained musician and performer. Jeremy resides outside New York City with his family and mini cockapoo, Pearl.

PHYLLIS ARTHUR
Phyllis Arthur is Vice President for Infectious Diseases and Diagnostics Policy at the Biotechnology Innovation Organization (BIO). In this role Ms. Arthur is responsible for working with member companies in vaccines, antimicrobial resistance, molecular diagnostics and biodefense on policy, legislative and regulatory issues.

Emil has more than 20 years of corporate communications, reputation management, integrated marketing and public affairs experience and is currently the Senior Vice President Communications Government Programs at UnitedHealth Group
Emil is a graduate of Morehouse College, serves as a National Trustee for the Boys & Girls Clubs of America and the National Medical Fellowship. He has been a guest lecturer at the University of Pennsylvania’s Wharton School of Business, the University of Southern California School of Business, City College of New York, American University, Howard University, Spelman College and Morehouse College.

NICOLE FISHER ROBERTS, D.P.H., M.P.P.
Dr. Nicole Roberts is the founder and President of Health & Human Rights Strategies, a health care and human rights-focused advising firm in Washington, D.C. She is also a global health policy advisor and expert on human behavior, health innovation, and brain health - specifically as they impact vulnerable populations. Roberts contributes to Forbes, contextualizing health, and highlighting ideas, companies and people that are changing the health landscape.

DANIEL SALMON, PH.D.
Dr. Daniel Salmon serves as the Director of the Institute for Vaccine Safety, and Professor of International Health and Health, Behavior and Society, at Johns Hopkins School of Public Health. Dr. Salmon’s primary research and practice interest is optimizing the prevention of childhood infectious diseases through the use of vaccines. He is broadly trained in vaccinology, with an emphasis in epidemiology, behavioral epidemiology, and health policy.

CHRIS WARD
Chris Ward currently works as an Account Manager at Med Network. He is a native of Huntington, West Virginia and a graduate of Marshall University. He studied business at the University of Chicago Booth School of Business and Health Policy at Johns Hopkins University.
